When do I get paid?
On the first Friday of the month, 30 to 65 days after the study you referred is delivered and paid in full, by direct deposit (ACH) to your bank account, in the full amount. There are no tax forms at sign-up. When your first referral orders, we send a secure form for your W-9 details, and rewards are paid once it is complete. We issue a Form 1099 where the law requires one.
Is there a limit?
No. $250 for every new client who orders with your link.
Does it work on my own properties?
No. Rewards are for new clients you refer, not for a property you own any part of, and not for someone who was already a Refined client.
Do I have rules to follow about the reward?
If your profession or license has rules about referral rewards, you follow them, including telling your clients about a reward where those rules require it. Some partners choose to give the reward to their clients instead, as a 20% discount.
What does the person I refer get?
Their discount applies automatically when they start from your link, and it shows in their total before they pay. They also get the same audit-ready report, fixed-asset schedule and preparer summary every client gets.
How do I share it?
However you like: text it, email it, put it in your newsletter or on your site. The terms ask you to share honestly: no coupon or deal sites, no ads that bid on our name, and no promises of a specific tax result.
